It keeps very well and can be toasted for a different experience. Can be eaten with fried eggs, ewa aganyin or made into club sandwich as well. Our millet bread contains 6 times more fibre than regular wheat-based flour, it is reconstituted from our domestic grains. This versatile grain makes millet bread a more superior loaf than regular commercial bread.
